Cancellations

Manhattan Bio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before processing begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of certain products, including sterile, temperature-sensitive, customized, special-order, regulated, or other products subject to product-integrity requirements, certain orders may be non-returnable or non-refundable once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Returns, replacements, credits, and refunds are subject to applicable Manhattan Bio, manufacturer, supplier, distributor, fulfillment partner, carrier, and legal requirements.

Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete, or Potentially Compromised Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or potentially compromised, please contact Support@manhattan-bio.com or your Manhattan Bio representative promptly.

Please retain the product and all packaging. Manhattan Bio may request photographs, order information, shipping information, or other reasonable documentation to review the issue.

Do not return or discard any product unless instructed to do so by Manhattan Bio or the applicable third-party provider.

Resolution

Depending on the circumstances and applicable third-party requirements, an approved claim may result in a replacement, reshipment, credit, or refund.

Manhattan Bio does not guarantee a particular resolution until the issue has been reviewed.
